Review of the organisation and processes. Assessment of the competitiveness of its remuneration policy.
Our HR services undertook a review of the organisation and its processes and assessed the competitiveness of its remuneration policy.
An indepth analysis of the existing organisation structure was conducted and recommendations were made for improvement. The existing compensation structure was then benchmarked against industry and regional standards. A new compensation structure was formulated and incentive schemes based on performance merits. Career paths were developed for the new organisation together with key responsibilities and key performance indicators for new positions.
A management diagnostic review was carried out to determine training needs of the employees. This review was followed by a management development programme and a vision statement workshop.
Post Office Savings Bank (Africa)
-Project management of the implementation of an international core banking system out of Asia. Sub projects included work plan preparation, managing the vendor, programme management, change management, quality assurance.
Oracle Financials
DCDM performed User-Acceptance tests, delivered focused process training and provided extensive pre and post implementation support of Oracle Financials (GL, AR, AP, PO, OE, IC, FA) for a major Telecommunications operator in Kenya. The DCDM team also customized and integrated Oracle applications forms and reports to meet the specific business requirements of the Client.
Request For Proposal
Development of a Request for Proposal document for the computerisation of the activities of a company that provides Aviation Ground Handling services in Nairobi and which also ran a coffee farming business in Kenya.
Implementation of Finpro at projects in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kenya, Tanzania and Gambia (since 1998)
Implementation of the various modules of Finpro, the financial management module in conformity with the World Bank standards at several donor funded projects across Africa and also in Bosnia. The modules include GL,AR,AP,Cash book, Fixed Asset and Procurement.
